The model.
The WAVZ Impact Grid® is an interdisciplinary analysis and development model. It shows how structure, space, brand and culture interact - and where tensions arise that block change.
The logic is simple: four dimensions(WORK, SPACE, BRAND, PEOPLE) meet four levels of impact(structure, space, culture, effect). This results in 16 impact areas - each a precise view of a part of the organization. The grid makes visible where energy is being lost and where development is needed.
The scientific foundation combines organizational research, spatial sociology, brand management, systems theory and modern transformation literature. It is anchored in over thirty relevant works and has been condensed for practical application.

getting started
The WAVZ® QuickCheck is the fast way to access the WAVZ Impact Grid®. Three questions per impact area, just a few minutes' effort - and an initial picture emerges: Where do self-image and reality match, and where do tensions arise?
The WAVZ® QuickCheck is suitable for both individuals and entire teams. It provides orientation and makes it clear whether structure, space, brand and culture fit together - or whether they are not.
WAVZ® Analyzer -
the deepening
The WAVZ® Analyzer goes deeper. It systematically covers all 16 areas of impact, bundling responses, interviews, observations and documents. The results are presented visually - as a radar, heat map or scorecards.
This creates a clear picture of the organization that not only identifies problems, but also makes patterns visible. This allows priorities to be set instead of creating endless lists of measures.
Mode of operation
The WAVZ Impact Grid® provides grids, questions and visualizations - the answers come from the organization itself. The aim is not an external judgment, but a joint process: recognizing tensions, understanding connections, shaping development.
