Frank Höhne is the founder of WAVZ® and developer of the WAVZ Impact Grid®. He has been working at the interface of brand management, spatial design and corporate development for more than three decades.
His career began in the agency world, where he built brands, developed campaigns and was responsible for communications for medium-sized and international companies. With OFFICE & FRIENDS, he launched one of the first coworking networks in the Sauerland region - at a time when "New Work" was not yet a buzzword, but an experiment.
He later co-founded the Braindoor Academy for Digital Transformation and New Work - with the aim of not just preaching about the future, but making it tangible. At the same time, as Managing Director of Sauerland Initiativ, he represents a network of more than 80 medium-sized companies, mainly family businesses. There, he brings topics such as transformation, securing skilled workers and innovation into the dialog between business, society and politics.
He is also a partner in the transfuture network, which supports companies and local authorities in developing future strategies and effectively implementing transformation.
He also has certifications as a Design Thinking Master, Innovation & Technology Manager, OKR Master, Scrum Master and Product Owner. But what is more important to him than methodological stamps is what they achieve in everyday life.
Today, he is also involved as an investor, mentor and sparring partner in start-ups. With a clear ambition: making impact visible, understanding patterns, enabling development. WAVZ® is the quintessence of this path - and the tool that has emerged from it.
